I’m Tareq, founder of BargoSearch and a niche specialist recruiter for finance, tax and legal. For more than eight years I have recruited in this space, both in-house and agency-side, so I know hiring from both sides of the table.

Alongside recruitment, I have worked in HR for finance and legal, covering organisational design, succession planning, and compensation and benefits for finance and legal populations. It means I look beyond the CV: at how a role fits the organisation, how it should develop, and what it should pay.

Most of my career has been in the German market, working with multinational companies and diverse teams.
